We are here to solve your problems of purchasing and selecting High Grade gemstones.

TRACKING:
All orders are updated with their tracking information within 2-4 days of shipment.
At Crystal Count, we try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note, we are not open on Sundays and holidays, but will get to your orders as soon as we can! Once your package ships, you will receive your tracking information.

DELIVERY POLICY :
We have two types of shipping mode with us -
A. Standard shipping mode ($10USD) , It will deliver your package within 25-30 days after getting dispatched from our store (In few cases , it might take 10 days more to be delivered )
B. Express shipping mode ($30USD) , It will deliver your package within 7-10 days after getting dispatched from our store.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns are acceptable but it would be better if you review description and photos of each item and ask any questions before making your purchase.
Not happy with items, you need to notify us !
NO returns are accepted on custom orders.
